📍Upgrade Schedule
Date: Wednesday, January 7, 2026
Time: 01:40 AM – 04:00 AM (GMT+8)
📍Impacted Scope Only specific backend functions will be temporarily suspended. Please note that storefront browsing, order placement, payments, and general admin operations will remain unaffected. Affected functions include, but are not limited to:
- Shoplytics
- Customer Group
- Broadcast Center
- POS Customer Detail Page & Daily Payment Method Report
- OMO Report
- Affiliate Performance Center for KOL

- 商店前台網頁
- SHOPLINE Shopper App
- 社交電商(包含 SHOPLINE Live 直播系統)
- 合作夥伴成效中心
- 透過 SHOPLINE 產出相關連結,例如相關訂單通知信件中任何連結、手動創建訂單連結頁面、快速結帳網址、推薦活動及分潤連結等。
商店「後台」相關功能全部暫停服務,包含但不限於:
- 後台管理系統:包含電子商務、社交電商、 POS App、Smart OMO 、擴充功能系統等。
- 第三方串接服務:Facebook 全功能、WhatsApp 全功能、LINE 全功能等。
- Open API 資料存取
📍建議事項
1. 建議於系統維護期間暫停廣告投放,亦請勿進行直播銷售。
2. 建議避免於維護時段進行預約類型之促銷活動、商品相關功能及廣播中心、自訂訊息等。
3. 如您有與第三方(非 SHOPLINE 合作夥伴)進行 Open API 功能之服務串接,敬請事先通知第三方夥伴維護時間及影響範圍,避免影響服務串接。
4. 您可評估是否需提前通知您的顧客系統維護時間,例如:提前於商店前台新增系統維護橫幅或公告。

Time:04:30 AM – 05:00 AM (GMT+8)
📍Impacted Scope
Storefront-related functionalities including but not limited to:
- Storefront website services
- SHOPLINE Shopper App services
- Social Commerce (including SHOPLINE Live)
- Affiliate Performance Center for KOL (KOL hub)
- Links generated from SHOPLINE, such as links in order notification emails, manual order links, Express Cart links, Affiliate Campaign links, etc.
Admin-related functionalities including but not limited to:
- Admin management system (E-commerce, Social Commerce, POS, Smart OMO, and App Store, etc.)
- Third-party integration services (Facebook, WhatsApp, LINE, etc.)
- Open API access
📍Important Notes
1. We suggest you pause advertising and avoid starting livestreams during the maintenance period.
2. We suggest you avoid scheduling promotional campaigns, product-related features, broadcast center, custom messages, and other similar functionalities during the maintenance period.
3. If you have integrated Open API with non-partnered third-party services, please notify the third-parties in advance about the two maintenance periods to avoid any service disruptions.
4. You may notify your customers about the upcoming maintenance in advance by adding a notification banner or announcement on the storefront.
